Nuvello wine is obtained from two different grapes: Cabemet and Merlot, produced by a winemaking process called carbonic maceration.
Intense ruby-red colour with violet tinges, rich in aromatic substances reminiscent of the typical fragrance of the sweetsmelling violet, blackberry and cherries, full, soft and weIlbalanced flavour. Needs to be drunk young, between meals or with any delicate dish.
Best served at 16°C.
