The soft pressing, an accurate wine-making with selected yeasts confer to this wine its characteristic colour rosè and the flagrancy of the bouquet: wild-cherry, blackberry and light scents of strawberry.Velvety, fine and persistent perlage. Lightly-sweet flavour.

Excellent as an aperitif, antipasti, sliced ham, salame and fish.
